We have decided to go visit our daughter in Thailand. She’s teaching English there at a girls school. Honestly, my first thought was “oh my gosh what am I going to eat?” Isn’t that terrible that one bad incident has caused me to fear food? I have really been enjoying this Isagenix stuff (I have even lost some weight, something I didn’t expect) so I figured out how to order enough for Thailand. I ordered shakes in packet form, and protein bars. This gives me at least 2 meals a day.
I think it will come in handy on the plane as well. I hate plane food but who doesn’t.
I am excited to also eat some Thai food (I love it!) but I guess I am a bit afraid of going through what occurred last time in Hawaii. I know, it’s sort of weird so part of it is just me getting over a mental barrier. We are leaving for Thailand in 1 month and I can’t wait!
